The registration form for the 2008 PLSO Refresher Courses can be downloaded here. Information with regard to dates, topics and instructors is shown on the form. The deadlines for registration for each Seminar are also shown on the form. Who should take the Refresher Courses? The topics being offered are a good source of review for the person preparing to take the licensing exams. They are also valuable as a refresher for the registered individual or to pickup some needed continuing education credits. ______________________________The Scioto Valley Chapter is hosting the 2008 Fall Seminar, which will be held at Kings Island Resort & Conference Center in Mason, Ohio on Thursday, October 9 and Friday, October 10, 2008. As information becomes available, it will be posted here, so be sure and check back often. LODGING:Registrants are responsible for their own room arrangements. Kings Island Resort & Conference Center has given us a rate of $89.00 per room per night, plus all applicable city and state taxes. Reservations can be made by calling (800)727-3050 and asking for the group name "Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio, Inc." room block. Room cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid cancellation fees. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Kings Island Resort & Conference Center is located at 5691 Kings Island Drive, Mason, Ohio.
